党的十一届三中全会以来,我县经济有了很大发展,1986年全县工农业总产值达31.8亿元,比上年增长38.5%,财政总收入达到22554万元,比上年增长23.23%。随着财政收入的持续稳定增长,我县财政对国家的贡献也连年增加。1986年县财政上缴的收入达1.6亿元,比实行财政包干第一年的1980年增长1.8倍。同时,县财政的分成收入也相应增加,保证了我县发展生产和各项建设事业的需要。
