我们应用洛丁新治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）患者19例，疗效较好，现报告如下。1临床资料1．1病例本组病例具有下列条件：①符合1980年WqlO的糖尿病诊断标准。②尿蛋白定性3次以上阳性，尿蛋白定量在lgl24h以上，尿素氮（B［JN）在12～L以内。③排除其它引起蛋白尿和抵质血症的因素。1
