目的观察宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取ⅢB型前列腺炎患者32例,给予宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊进行治疗,观察治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)慢性前列腺炎症状评分变化。结果治疗6周后,患者疼痛评分、尿路症状评分及症状对生活质量的影响均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ningbitai capsule combined with tamsulosin sustained-release capsules in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis. Methods Thirty-two patients with type ⅢB prostatitis were selected. Ningbitai capsules combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules were given for treatment. Changes in symptom scores of chronic prostatitis of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) before and after treatment were observed. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the pain scores, urinary tract symptom scores and symptoms on the quality of life were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion Ningbitai capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules treatment of Ⅲ B prostatitis curative effect is exact.
