根据银监会统计信息,截至2016年4月全国农村商业银行数量达到1000家,北京、天津、上海、重庆、江苏、安徽和湖北等7个省(市)已全面完成农村商业银行组建。在面对国内经济转型升级,经济金融体制改革深化,保险市场快速发展,利率市场化提速,互联网金融兴起的多重压力和挑战下,如何构建合理的绩效管理体系激发农村商业银行的经营活力,调动员工的工作积极性和主动性,提高工作效率和忠诚度,为农村商业银行在激烈的金融市场竞争中占据有利地位,实现其可持续发展和经济价值最大化成了需要迫切解决的课题。本文主要分析了我国农村商业银行在绩效考核中存在的问题,并提出了几点加强绩效管理的途径。

To achieve their sustainable development and maximize economic value has become an urgent issue to be solved. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal of rural commercial banks in our country and puts forward some ways to strengthen the performance management.
