中国核威慑思想经历了不断丰富、发展和完善的过程。20世纪五六十年代,中国确立了发展核武器战略。在拥有核武器后,中国确立了“反对核讹诈,打破核垄断”、“不对无核武器国家和地区使用核武器”、“将核武器用作防御性目的”等原则,奠定了中国核威慑思想的基础。改革开放以来,中国核威慑思想进一步深化、准确化,并有力地指导了中国核威慑实践。
China’s nuclear deterrence has undergone a process of continuous enrichment, development and improvement. In the 1950s and 1960s, China established a nuclear weapons strategy. After possessing nuclear weapons, China has established the principle of “opposing nuclear blackmail and breaking the nuclear monopoly”, “not using nuclear weapons against non-nuclear-weapon countries and regions”, and “using nuclear weapons for defensive purposes” Basis of deterrence.
