叙述了锻造用室状煤气加热炉的设计特点及其实际应用。即从系统工程的观点出发,在详尽考虑有关诸因素影响的基础上,针对性地提出提高炉温均匀性的有效措施及控温特点。结果表明,该研究达到了炉温均匀性(±10℃)、控温精度(±7℃)的研制指标。这些措施和控温特点,无论在理论上,还是对各类自控煤气加热炉的实际研制与生产,都具有重要的意义。
Describes the forging chamber gas furnace design features and its practical application. From the system engineering point of view, on the basis of detailed consideration of the impact of various factors, the paper puts forward some effective measures to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature and the characteristics of temperature control. The results show that the research achieves the development index of uniform temperature (± 10 ℃) and temperature control accuracy (± 7 ℃). These measures and the characteristics of temperature control, both in theory, or the actual development and production of various types of self-control gas furnace, are of great significance.
