随着大庆油田产能建设的扩大和4000万吨持续稳产的要求,大庆油田的调开井逐年增加,在调开井施工中,经常钻遇大段容易缩颈的泥岩,施工中极易发生缩颈卡钻等复杂事故,周期延长,制约着油田开发步伐;因此我们通过对缩颈卡钻形成的原因及机理进行分析,找出对策,并进行现场试验,达到预防缩颈卡钻的目的,此结论将对该区后续提速施工具有实际的指导意义。

During the construction of the open-pit wells, large sections of mudstone prone to shrinkage are often encountered, Therefore, by analyzing the causes and mechanism of the formation of necked-in journals, we find out the countermeasures and carry out on-site tests to achieve the purpose of preventing neck-sticking, This conclusion will have practical guiding significance for subsequent speed-raising construction in this area.
