随着经济不断增长,促使我国房地产事业不断发展。房地产开发直接影响着我国的国计和民生,其具有高投资、高风险的特点,从而衍生出房地产合作开发模式,推动了房地产行业的向前发展,符合市场发展需求,有助于我国国民经济的增长。与此同时,在房地产合作开发发展基础上,其存在诸多法律问题。本文笔者将以房地产合作开发为前提,探索房地产合作开发的法律问题,以供相关人士参考。
With the continuous economic growth, promote the continuous development of China’s real estate industry. Real estate development directly affects the national economy and people’s livelihood in our country. It has the characteristics of high investment and high risk, which leads to the mode of real estate cooperation and development, promotes the real estate industry to move forward, meets the demand of market development and helps our country’s national economy growth of. At the same time, there are many legal problems in the development of real estate cooperation and development. In this paper, the author will be the premise of the real estate development cooperation, explore the legal issues of real estate cooperation and development, for the relevant parties for reference.
