本文介绍了测量钢筋徐变和应力松弛的几种方法,并介绍了作者在苏联对苏联的高强钢丝及七股钢索所进行的试验研究结果。比较了对不同直径、受不同工艺过程处理的钢丝和钢索所作的试验结果;也比较了采用不同初始应力、采用不同超张拉、和采用不同试验方法所得的试验结果。根据试验结果分析了徐变和应力松弛之间的关系。文章中计算应力松弛的经验公式已正式采用于苏联混凝土及钢筋混凝土结构设计法规(СНиПⅡ-В.1.-62)中。虽然计算公式不一定适用于国产钢筋,但试验方法可供研究部门参考。
This article describes several methods for measuring creep and stress relaxation in steel bars. It also presents the results of experiments conducted by the author in the Soviet Union on high-strength steel wires and seven-strand steel cables in the Soviet Union. The test results of steel wires and ropes with different diameters treated by different processes were compared. The results of experiments with different initial stresses, using different over-tension and using different test methods were also compared. According to the experimental results, the relationship between creep and stress relaxation is analyzed. The empirical formula for calculating stress relaxation in the article has been formally adopted in the Soviet Union for the Design of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures (СНиПⅡ-В.1.-62). Although the formula does not necessarily apply to domestic steel, but the test method for research department reference.
