今天,最为普通的做法是使混凝土拌合料适应浇灌的方法。越来越多的美国承包商采用混凝土泵和运输皮带来浇注混凝土。有经验的混凝土承包商能把混凝土一下子就泵送到155米的高处以上。但是他们经常使用的方法是把泵送法和吊车加吊斗的浇注法结合使用,这样就可以把混凝土的浇注高度更加提高。虽然美国的混凝土承包商一般都认识到在带有空气的情况下,适当的水灰比和良好的级配,可取得最佳质量的混凝土,但是在混凝土中掺入附加剂还是极为有利的。一个好的混凝土拌合料在采用附加剂后,质量可以更加改进,还可以节约浇灌和抹光的费用。
Today, the most common practice is to adapt the concrete mix to the method of watering. More and more American contractors use concrete pumps and conveyor belts to pour concrete. Experienced concrete contractors can pump concrete all at once to a height of 155 meters. However, the method they often use is to combine the pumping method with the casting method of a crane and a bucket, so that the concrete pouring height can be further improved. Although concrete contractors in the United States generally recognise that the proper water-cement ratio and good grading can achieve the best quality of concrete in the presence of air, the addition of additives to the concrete is extremely advantageous. A good concrete mix can have more quality after adding additives, and it can also save the cost of watering and polishing.
