目的 :探讨大脑胶质瘤病的MRI特点及其对本病诊断的临床价值。材料与方法 :回顾性分析9例大脑胶质瘤病的MRI所见。结果 :9例中3例手术部分切除 ,6例经立体定向活检证实。9例大脑胶质瘤病均侵及二个以上脑叶 ,并侵及颅内深部结构。病变区T1WI呈稍低信号 ,T2WI呈高或稍高信号 ;占位效应轻 ,注射造影剂后轻度强化或无明显强化。结论 :MRI可清楚显示大脑胶质瘤病 ,MRI与活检相结合可在病人生前做出诊断 ,MRI是诊断本病的首选影像学方法 ,具有重要临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the MRI features of gliomatosis and its clinical value in the diagnosis of this disease. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of 9 cases of brain glioma MRI findings. Results: Three of the nine cases were partially surgically removed and six were confirmed by stereotactic biopsy. Nine cases of glioma invading more than two brain lobes, and invasion of deep intracranial structures. T1WI lesion was slightly lower signal, T2WI was high or slightly higher signal; placeholder effect was mild, mild or no contrast enhancement after injection of contrast agent. Conclusion: MRI can clearly show gliomatosis. Combined with MRI and biopsy, it can make a diagnosis before the patient’s life. MRI is the first imaging method to diagnose the disease, which has important clinical value.
