冷冲模导套实际是一个轴向滑动轴承。传统的冷冲模设计都采用低碳钢渗碳或合金钢、工具钢淬火。根据导套的轴承原理,本人在设计4920浮于本体圆形零件组合冲摸时采用HT200热处理做导套。该模的最大载荷为1500kg力,综合该模的制造误差及冲床的精度,载荷与导套导程方向最大角偏差为5°,因而载荷分解给导套的正压力为:F=1500·sin5°=130Kg,导套与导柱在导向过程中有足够的机油润滑,导套与导柱的配合精度为6级。导套的磨擦和表面疲劳摩擦,而HT200具有较好的减磨性,与淬火钢的滑动系数只有0.08。其抗粘着磨损能力大于渗碳淬火钢,该导套经一年近10万件次的冲压工作用百分表测量还反映不出它的磨损量。由此看来,在低载的冷冲模中,可以使用灰铸铁HT200做导套,材料来源广泛,价格低、加工方便。
