江西省景德镇市在城市规划、建设和管理中规定了“十不准”。一、未编制详细规划的地段,原则上一律不予审批新建、扩建、改建项目。二、不经过市建设规划行政主管部门规划论证及未经城市规划评审委员会评审的项目,一律不予立项。三、城市规划区内的零星开发建设项目一律暂停审批。四、旧城改造一律停止“剥皮”或“见缝插针”式的开工建设。五、城市规划区内一律停止城市居民
The Jingdezhen City of Jiangxi Province provides for “not allowed” in urban planning, construction, and management.
