目的:观察中西医结合治疗高龄慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:120例高龄慢性泪囊炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组采用手术联合常规西药,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用托里消毒散。结果:6个月后,治疗组总有效率98.33%,痊愈率81.67%,对照组总有效率86.67%,痊愈率60.0%,两组对比,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗高龄慢性泪囊炎疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods: 120 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was operated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was given Toli Sanjie Powder on the basis of the control group. Results: After 6 months, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33%, the cure rate was 81.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67% and the cure rate was 60.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of advanced chronic dacryocystitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious curative effect.
