我们以无比喜悦的心情迎来了伟大、光荣、正确的中国共产党诞生69周年! 没有中国共产党,就没有新中国。只有在中国共产党的领导下,中国才能建设社会主义,才能发展社会主义。新中国档案事业的建设和发展也完全证明了这一点。建设和发展中国档案事业,离不开中国共产党的领导。档案工作是一项党性很强的工作,是一项政治性很强的工作。我们必须在承认其党性、政治性的前提下来谈其专业性、社会性、服务性。档案工作必须坚持党性原则。只有坚持档案工作的党性原则,才能使我国档案事业沿着正确的轨道不断发展。坚特档案工作的党性原则,就要坚持党对档案工作的领导。档案是党和国家的宝贵财富。档案工作是维护党和国家历史真实面貌的重要事业,是党和国家各项建设事业必不可少的环节。我国档案事业是党的档案事业,是社会主义国家的档案事业。我国档案工作是在中国共产党领导下,实行党、政档案统一管理,这是中国档案工作的特点和经验总结。
We welcome the great, glorious and correct 69th anniversary of the birth of the Chinese Communist Party with immense joy! Without the Chinese Communist Party, there will be no new China. Only under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party can China build socialism and develop socialism. This is fully proved by the construction and development of the new archives in China. The construction and development of archives in China can not be separated from the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. Archives work is a very strong party work, is a highly political work. The file industry in our country is the archives cause of the party and the archives enterprise of the socialist countries.
