目的探索大学生心理障碍的原因及中间机制,为学校心理卫生的服务提供依据。方法随机整群抽取云南不同专业10所高校4309名大学生作SCL-90、DSQ及其影响因素的调查分析。结果大学生主要心理问题是强迫(5.34%)、人际关系(4.83%)、偏执(4.64%)、敌意(4.13%)、抑郁(4.04%)心理障碍组不仅在DSQ测定中,不成熟防御机制均分显著高于对照(P<0.01),还在病因学的Logistic回归分析中发现,心理发展受挫、消极不良的价值取向、母亲职业和家庭收入均与心理障碍的产生密切相关。结论心理发展史、价值观、家庭文化经济是影响大学生心理卫生的重要因素。防御机制的选择在其心理障碍产生的因果关系中起着重要的调节作用。
Objective To explore the causes and the intermediate mechanism of college students’ mental disorders and to provide the basis for the school mental health services. Methods A total of 4,309 college students from 10 universities in Yunnan Province were randomized to study SCL-90, DSQ and its influencing factors. Results The main psychological problems of college students were forced (5.34%), interpersonal (4.83%), paranoid (4.64%), hostile (4.13%) and depressed (4.04% Mature defensive mechanism was significantly higher than the control (P <0.01). In the etiological Logistic regression analysis, it was found that the mental retardation, negative values, maternal occupation and family income were all closely related to the psychological disorders Related. Conclusions The history of psychological development, values and family culture and economy are the important factors that affect the mental health of college students. The choice of defense mechanism plays an important regulatory role in the causal relationship between psychological disorders.
