大连市金州区三十里堡的苹果是远近闻名的,却很少有人知道这里还有一个由当地农民和驻军战士组成的“军民艺术团”。这支“军民艺术团”仅成立几个月的时间,但在全区已小有名气了。随着经济的发展,近年来农村青年的思想愈来愈活跃,爱好也更加广泛。为了满足和适应青年们的爱好和要求,今年6月间由三十里堡镇文化站同当地驻军某部队一起,共同举办了“三十里堡首届歌手大奖赛”,这一活动使这里的文化生活掀起了高潮。为适应群众文化水平提高的要求,在镇政府和部队领导积极倡导下,于今年7月中旬组成了以大奖赛获奖歌手为主的“三十里堡军民艺术团”。此时,正值金州区在全区范围内开展《土地管理法》的宣传活动,艺术团的同志们在不到半个月的时间里赶排出一台两个多小时的文艺节目,以短小欢快,群众喜闻乐见的形式宣传了《土地管理法》。
