目的:探讨蚊虫抗药性敏感测试方法。方法:采用微板法,对室内常规饲养的敏感品系和室内选育的抗DDVP、抗残杀威品系淡色库蚊非特异性酯酶的活性进行了测定。结果:敏感品系蚊虫OD值≥0.9的占17.16%(35/204条);<0.9的占82.84%(169/204条);抗DDVP品系OD值≥0.9的占83.33%(200/240条);<0.9的占16.67%(40/240条);抗残杀威品系≥0.9的占74.89%(176/235条),<0.9的占25.11%(59/235条)。结论:敏感品系与抗性品系淡色库蚊的平均OD值存在较大差异。
Objective: To explore the sensitivity test of mosquito resistance. Methods: The activities of non-specific esterase of Culex pipiens pallens resistant to DDVP and anti-malaria strains were determined by microplate method. Results: The susceptible strain mosquitoes accounted for 17.16% (35/204) with OD> 0.9, 82.84% (169/204) with <0.9, OD value ≥ 0.9 Accounting for 83.33% (200/240); <0.9 accounted for 16.67% (40/240); anti-malaria strains ≥0.9 accounted for 74.89% (176/235), <0.9 accounted for 25.11 % (59/235). Conclusion: The average OD values of Culex pipiens pallens in susceptible and resistant strains are quite different.
