为揭示工业企业当前所面临的流动资金形势,分析企业流动资金紧张的原因,寻求缓解流动资金紧张状况的对策是个重要课题。邵阳市人民银行最近会同市经委对全市175家预算内国有工业企业流动资金松紧情况进行了调查。从调查的情况看,企业流动资金普遍紧张,大部分企业生产经营难以正常运行,资金流动比率平均只有94.77％,远远低于200％的正常标准。据市经委摸底,目前175户工业企业中,资金相对宽松的只有13户,占7.4％,勉强度日的41户,占23.4％,资金紧张的121户,占69.2％。据我行对20户工业监测企业的问卷调查,在
In order to reveal the current liquidity situation faced by industrial enterprises and analyze the reasons for the tight liquidity of enterprises, it is an important issue to seek solutions to ease the tension of liquidity. The People’s Bank of Shaoyang City recently conducted a survey with the Municipal Economic Commission on the tightness of liquidity in 175 state-owned industrial enterprises in the city.
