本文叙述了大型减速齿轮装置进行负载试验的一些结果。试验装置是轴间距为720毫米的动力封闭式齿轮试验台。试验齿部用同等材料和加工工艺的五组汽轮机减速齿轮(人字齿轮)。试验内容以负载耐久试验为中心,对齿部温度和齿根应力进行测试,并对试验中出现的情况进行分析。试验结果,无修正剃齿齿轮在负载重复10~8次,K=350磅/英寸~2后损坏。修正剃齿齿轮在负载重复5×10~7次,K=400磅/英寸~2后损坏。同样,剃齿和珩磨齿轮成功地进行了 K=350磅/英寸~2的负载试验。点蚀出现在 K=250~350磅/英寸~2。因此,可认为齿轮的极限弯曲强度为300~400磅/英寸~2。点蚀极限约为300~350磅/英寸~2。大型齿轮往往在点蚀破坏前就折断了。但是运转条件和安装情况不同,其结果也显著不同。
This paper describes some of the results of large-scale reduction gear device load test. The test rig is a power-sealed gear test stand with an axial spacing of 720 mm. Test gear with the same material and processing five sets of turbine reduction gear (Herringbone gear).
