新课程改革促使人们更加注重学生综合素质培养,传统的教学理念以及教学方式已经不能够适应实际的发展需求。时代的不断发展促使新型教学方式产生,作为小学语文阅读教学的有效教学方式,“先学后教”对提升学生阅读能力具有十分重要的作用。在“先学后教”课堂教学过程中,需要发挥学生在课堂中的主体地位,坚持以学生自学为主导,培养学生自学能力以及团队意识,学生在自己的小组内畅所欲言,在一种民主、平等、创新的氛围中,学生学会发言、学会倾听、学会归纳总结、学会进步。提升课堂教学效率。
