教学生会学,就是要把解决问题的方法如何找出来的途径安排妥当,引导学生积极主动地在最短的时间内,经过类比,发现规律,自己将解决办法找出来,并且能利用这种类比的规律解决实际问题。这不仅是一个方法问题,也是一个教学指导思想工作问题。“授之以鱼,不如授之以渔”就是我国古代著名的教育理论,它的灵魂就是教学生会学习,使他们真正具有独立掌握知识、运用知识解决实际问题的本领,使学生恰当运用知识,把知识“为我所用”。本人在教学工作中,常常注意在以下几个环节中,对学生提出具体的要求,使学生觉得知识贴近生活,并联系实际,激发学生学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性,使他们具有实事求是,独立思考、勇于创新的精神。
