进入新世纪以来,每年春节过后我国都不同程度存在“民工荒”现象。东南沿海珠三角、长三角劳动力输入地区一些企业缺工严重,一时间劳动力市场供求调节失灵;尤其是今年年后,“用工荒”有越演越烈之势。“用工荒”是好是坏?是真荒或是假荒?暂时荒或是长期荒?局部荒或是结构荒?其背后真正原因是什么?我国人口红利期是否已经结束?等等。这些问题都非常值得人们深思。
Since the beginning of the new century, there has been a “shortage of migrant workers” in our country after the Spring Festival every year. Some enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta labor force input areas in the southeast coastal areas have suffered serious absence of jobs and their supply and demand adjustments in the labor market have failed for a time. In particular, after the end of this year, there will be more and more intense labor shortage. Is it good or bad? Is it a real waste or a temporary shortage? A temporary shortage or long-term shortage? It is a shortage or a structural shortage? What are the real reasons behind it? Is China's demographic dividend ended? . These issues are very worthy of consideration.
