人文素质也被称为人的品质,包括语言培训、文化艺术和文学伦理道德几个方面,它体现出了现代高职文化和文明礼仪与社会文化和历史哲学的结合。人文素质能够综合体现出一个人的内在精神,也是现代文明程度的具体表现。全面人文素质教育肩负宣传和弘扬中国传统文化的重要任务,它也可以突出学校的教学思想,对学生的道德教育素质和文化素质有着较强的引领作用,引导学生思考生活的意义和价值,形成正确的世界观。现代高等教育非常重视高职学生的人文素质培养。
