目的探讨不同程度的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿心肌酶的变化特点。方法选择34例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿分为重度组、中度组及轻度组,均于入院24内采静脉血,测定血清中门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)的活性。结果不同程度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与心肌酶升高的程度成正相关,差异有显著性(P<0.01),即新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病程度越重,心肌酶升高的越明显。结论不同程度的缺氧缺血性脑病心肌损害不同,心肌酶对判断缺氧程度、判断病情、指导治疗都有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of myocardial enzymes in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Thirty-four neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided into severe group, moderate group and mild group. Venous blood was collected 24 hours after admission, and serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine CK, CK-MB, LDH, and α-HBDH were measured. Results There was a positive correlation between neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and elevated myocardial enzymes, with significant difference (P <0.01), that is, the more severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in neonates and the more elevated myocardial enzymes obvious. Conclusion Different degrees of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy have different myocardial damage. Myocardial enzymes play an important clinical role in judging the degree of hypoxia, judging the condition and guiding the treatment.
