目的：总结我院2010年10月至2013年10月我院所行开腹复杂阑尾切除术的术中所见情况及处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院近3年所行327例急性阑尾炎手术，总结其中较疑难复杂阑尾炎（阑尾本身病变较重或因解剖位置而致手术难度大或合并复杂不易处理的情况）手术中所见、术中处理技术细节及手术技巧；结果统计复杂阑尾炎手术共77例，经手术治疗恢复良好，无严重并发症发生。“,”Objective:To summarize the circumstances happened during complicated appendectomy conducted by our hospital from Oct 2010 to Oct 2013 and corresponding treatment skil s. Method: By analyzing in retrospect al 327 cases of acute appendicitis operations conducted by our hospital these three year, this paper intends to summarize al spotted operation details and treatment skil s during complicated appendicitis, including serious leison of appendix, operation difficulty caused by unusual anatomical position, difficulty in surgical suture etc.Result:Al 77 cases of complicated appendicitis have wel recovered from operation without severe complications.
