2015年3月起,我国正式颁布并实施了《不动产登记暂行条例》,《条例》明确要求登记公民名下全部不动产权利,其信息也需要予以分享。可以说,这一条例在实施过程中,必将以其翔实的规定推动房地产业更加健康有序稳定发展。总之,房地产业如果想在当下的经济条件下获得较快发展就需要进一步适应经济发展的步伐,建立更加完善、积极、有效的运行制度。
Since March 2015, China has formally promulgated and implemented the Provisional Regulations on Registration of Real Property, which clearly requires the registration of all real property rights under the name of the citizen and its information needs to be shared as well. It can be said that during the implementation of this Ordinance, it is bound to promote a more healthy, orderly and steady development of the real estate industry with its detailed regulations. In short, if the real estate industry wants to achieve rapid development under the current economic conditions, it needs to be further adapted to the pace of economic development and establish a more complete, active and effective operating system.
