为证明多脏器功能失常综合征(MODS)的发生与机体受到两次打击造成炎性介质失控性释放的假设。在山羊MODS的模型上,观察了血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素6(IL6)和白细胞介素8(IL8)的变化规律及其与发生MODS的关系。结果:动物经过低血容量性休克及内毒素双重打击后,血浆TNF、IL6和IL8明显升高,与两次打击相对应出现了两次高峰,并与脏器功能障碍和病理损害相平行。提示:TNF、IL6和IL8持续升高引起的炎症失控是MODS发生发展的重要因素
In order to prove the occurrence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and the body hit twice to cause the hypothesis of uncontrolled release of inflammatory mediators. In the model of goat MODS, the changes of plasma tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin 6 (IL6) and interleukin 8 (IL8) and their relationship with occurrence of MODS were observed. Results: After being subjected to hypovolemic shock and endotoxin double attack, the levels of TNF, IL6 and IL8 were significantly increased in the animals, with two peaks corresponding to the two strikes, parallel to the organ dysfunction and pathological lesions. Hint: The uncontrolled inflammation caused by the continuous increase of TNF, IL6 and IL8 is an important factor in the development of MODS
