本文分析了深井井壁在悬浮下沉时的内外受力状况,并对诸影响因素作了详细的讨论。认为影响安装荷载大小的泥浆比重、平衡液比重及井壁结构均可人为地加以控制。故安装荷载与井壁允许下沉深度也可人为地调节。本文结合工程实际情况,提出了井壁允许下沉深度条件式σ_0≤K_1/K_2σ(或P_s-P_w≤(K_1/K_2)P)与计算式H′_(max)≤P/((K_2/K_1)-γ_s[(R/a)~2((γ-γ_s)/γ_w)-((γ/γ_w)-1))]),H″_(max)≤P/((K_2/K_1)-[(R/a)~2-1](γ-γ_s))并列成表格,为设计与施工提供了简便、实用的验算方法。
This paper analyzes the internal and external forces of deep well shafts during suspension and sinking, and discusses in detail the various factors. It is believed that the proportions of the mud that affects the size of the installation load, the specific gravity of the equilibrium solution, and the wall structure can all be artificially controlled. Therefore, the installation load and the allowable sinking depth of the borehole wall can also be artificially adjusted. In this paper, the conditions of allowable sinking depth of borehole wall are proposed in combination with the actual conditions of the wellbore. σ_0≤K_1/K_2σ(or P_s-P_w≤(K_1/K_2)P) and the formula H′_(max)≤P/((K_2/ K_1)-γ_s[(R/a)~2((γ-γ_s)/γ_w)-((γ/γ_w)-1))]), H′′_(max)≤P/((K_2/K_1) -[(R/a)~2-1](γ-γ_s)) is juxtaposed into a table to provide a simple and practical method for design and construction.
