口服卡托普利治疗高血压广泛运用于临床。但在用药中发现个别患者可出现咽痒、剧咳、白痰等呼吸道症状,现将我们所见10例报告如下1.临床资料 10例均为门诊患者,其中男3例,女7例。年龄45—70岁。10例中有9例以头痛头晕等来诊。按其诊断标准,符合高血压Ⅱ期7例,Ⅲ期2例。均常规服卡托普利,剂量为25mg,日3次口服。出现上述呼吸道症状的时间约在用药后1—2天。停用该药后症状随即消失,再用时,症状再现。而另有一例则以剧咳气短、咳白色痰半年按“支气管炎”治疗无效救治。然追问病史,患高血压已14年。自加用卡托普利半年来出现呼吸道症状。
