It is a prominent highlight of people’s livelihood work in Hebei Province to improve the standardized management level of people’s social work through system construction and promote the all-round development of people’s social work in Hebei Province. On the basis of earnestly summarizing the major achievements of the People’s Social Work in 2011, Hebei Province strategically laid out the work of the people’s congresses in 2012 and worked hard for ensuring a new social breakthrough and a new leap forward in ensuring social harmony and development.
