长效尿素是中国科学院沈阳生态研究所与辽宁省盘锦化肥厂、黑龙江省浩良河化肥厂共同开发、生产的一种新型氮素化肥。主要是在普通尿素中添加一定比例的尿酶抑制剂。目的在通过抑制土壤中脲酶的活性,使尿素分解缓慢,氮的挥发量减少,以提高其利用率。一般比普通尿素供作物吸收利用的时间延长40~70天。可节约化肥20%。二龙山农场1989~1990年对小麦、大豆、甜菜、玉米进行了示范,其结果如下。
