基于市场化发展趋势,电网常规化管理中要对电力营销给予高度重视,要结合电力企业实际管理需求,展开综合性管理和控制。本文对电力营销重要性进行了简要分析,并集中阐释了电力营销中存在的问题以及精细化管理策略,旨在为电力营销管理人员提供更加有价值的建议。
Based on the development trend of marketization, we must attach great importance to the power marketing in the normal management of power grids. We should conduct comprehensive management and control in accordance with the actual management needs of the power companies. This article briefly analyzes the importance of power marketing and focuses on the problems existing in power marketing and the elaboration of management strategies to provide more valuable advice to power marketing managers.
