目的 :探讨双生子视力、眼位、屈光性质、弱视分类的遗传规律。方法 :对 7对同卵双生子和 8对异卵双生子的远近视力、眼位、眼底、屈光进行检查和统计学分析 ,并计算一致率及遗传指数。结果 :同卵双生子视力、眼位、屈光性质、弱视分类的一致率分别为 85 .71%、85 .71%、85 .5 8%、77.78% ;异卵双生子的一致率分别为 31.2 5 %、5 0 .0 %、6 2 .5 %、40 .0 % ;遗传度分别为 71.2 1%、71.42 %、6 1.49%、6 2 .96 %。结论 :双生子的视力分布、眼位、屈光性质及弱视分类具有遗传的特性。
Objective: To investigate the inheritance of twins’ visual acuity, eye position, refractive properties and amblyopia classification. Methods: The distance vision, eye position, fundus and refraction of 7 pairs of identical twins and 8 pairs of fraternal twins were examined and statistically analyzed. The concordance rate and genetic index were calculated. Results: The identical rates of identical twins, eyesight, refraction and amblyopia were 85.71%, 85.71%, 85.58% and 77.78% respectively. The identical rates of fraternal twins were 31.2 5%, 50.0%, 62.5% and 40.0% respectively. The heritability was 71.21%, 71.42%, 6.149% and 62.96% respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The twins have inherited characteristics of visual acuity, ocular, refractive and amblyopia classification.
