战后日本迅速实现了经济复兴和国防实力的强大,得益于其有效的政策和措施。它给了我们鲜明的启示,这就是:国防的强大必须以经济的强大为基础;充分利用军事科技生产力可促进经济的发展;要实现经济与国防的协调发展,必须制定科学的适合本国国情的经济和国防发展计划;必须充分利用国际国内的有利条件。
After the war, Japan rapidly realized the strength of its economic rejuvenation and national defense and benefited from its effective policies and measures. It gives us a distinct enlightenment. That is: the strength of national defense must be based on the strength of the economy. Making full use of the productivity of military science and technology can promote economic development. To achieve the coordinated development of economy and national defense, we must formulate a scientific system suited to our own national conditions Economic and national defense development plans; we must make full use of favorable conditions both at home and abroad.
