对喷射沉积7055铝合金沿轴向进行挤压,研究了不同变形次数对喷射沉积7055铝合金的组织与性能的影响,以观察变形后微观组织及力学性能的变化。结果发现,随变形次数的增加,晶粒不断细化,抗拉强度和硬度逐渐升高,伸长率降低。
The spray deposited 7055 aluminum alloy was extruded along the axial direction to study the effect of different deformation times on microstructure and properties of spray deposited 7055 aluminum alloy to observe the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties after deformation. The results show that with the increase of the number of deformation, the grains are continuously refined, the tensile strength and hardness are gradually increased, and the elongation is decreased.
