目的了解糖尿病患者在治疗过程血清脂蛋白的变化。方法以HbA1C作为血糖控制状态的监控指标,观察有无并发症两组糖尿病患者,在治疗观察开始及降糖治疗2个月后,不同血糖状态时血清脂蛋白水平。结果观察开始时,两组糖尿病患者均有显著的脂蛋白异常代谢,且并发症组异常更加明显(P<001)。治疗2个月后,除HbA1C<80%的无并发症组,脂蛋白代谢恢复正常外,其余各组均有明显的脂蛋白代谢异常。结论糖尿病存在着脂蛋白代谢异常,且治疗过程中,不同病情及血糖控制状态,其体内脂蛋白代谢变化不同。
Objective To understand the changes of serum lipoprotein during the course of treatment in diabetic patients. Methods HbA1C was used as a monitoring indicator of blood glucose control status to observe the presence or absence of complications in two groups of patients with diabetes mellitus. Serum lipoprotein levels in different blood glucose levels were observed at the beginning of treatment and after 2 months of hypoglycemic treatment. Results At the beginning of the observation, both groups of diabetic patients had significant abnormalities of lipoprotein metabolism, and the abnormality of the complication group was more obvious (P <001). After 2 months of treatment, in addition to HbA1C <8 0% of the non-complication group, lipoprotein metabolism returned to normal, the remaining groups were significantly abnormal lipoprotein metabolism. Conclusions Diabetes mellitus has the abnormal metabolism of lipoprotein. During the course of treatment, different states of disease and blood glucose control have different changes of lipoprotein metabolism.
