针对烧结法生产氧化铝工艺过程中回转窑窑皮形状复杂与筒体测温难的特点,采用红外线测温与数字滤波补偿技术相结合,开发出回转窑筒体温度红外线扫描和状态预报系统.该系统在测量回转窑筒体表面温度及其变化的基础上,通过基于模糊协方差矩阵的聚类算法,在线仿真出窑内衬与窑皮的形状及厚度,发出相应的状态预报信号,有效地改善了窑的操作,提高了设备的运转率,降低了生产成本,并为回转窑的自动控制提供参考.图2,参12.
