甾体避孕药在我国用于临床已有三十余年,多年来的临床、实验室观察积累了许多有关其有效性、副作用等方面的数据,但关于长期服用甾体避孕药对遗传学方面影响的报道很少,为保汪该药长期服用的安全性,我们观察了它对人体淋巴细胞染色体的影响。实验选择连续服用甾体避孕药5~15年的健康农村妇女为对象,并以经济、文化、居住环境等条件相同的使用IUD 的妇女为对照,以外周血淋巴细胞微核出现率为指标,观察不同年龄和服药时间对染色体的损伤。
