「陕西省人民政府办公厅关于省级各部门公文检查报告」及「陕西省人民政府关于行文制度的暂行规定」,业经本府第一八八次行政会议讨论通过。兹特附发,希本府各部门负责同志在全体干部中进行传达,并组织干部认真学习,贯彻执行行文制度的规定和公文检查报告中所提出的各项意见,坚决克服和防止处理公文中的主观主义、官僚主义和分散主义的思想作风,以不断改进和提高这方面的工作。各专署、县(市、区)人民政府除组织干部认真学习外,并应根据行文制度规定的精神,结合各地具体情况,拟定可行的办法贯彻执行,并勤加检查。附:报告、规定
“Report of the General Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government on the Examination of Official Documents in Provincial Departments and the Provisional Regulations of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province on the Textual System” was discussed and approved by the 188th Administrative Council of the People’s Government.
