市场经济是法治经济、契约经济,合同是商品经济的产物,是商品交换的法律表现形式。在日常经济活动中,人们经常要面对形形色色的合同,而现代公司的经济往来也主要是通过合同形式进行的。所以说,能否实施有效的合同管理、把好合同关,是现代公司经营管理成败的一个量要因素。就现代公司中的合同管理,提出一些见解,以供相关人士参考。
Market economy is the rule of law economy, contract economy, the contract is a product of the commodity economy, is the legal exchange of goods. In daily economic activities, people often face a wide range of contracts, and the economic exchanges between modern companies are mainly carried out through contracts.
