1987年至1989年,台湾房地产业发展达到有史以来的最高潮,此后即进入转型调整时期。短短十年之间,台湾经历了经济快速增长的过程,政治、经济、社会结构急剧转变、房地产市场也随之呈现不同风貌。其间人口结构与家庭模式、消费行为及工作休息方式都不同程度地影响着房地产业的发展。根据近几年房地产市场的发展情况,可以看出未来一段时间台湾房地产业的发展趋势。 一、中老年人的超级购屋层。据估计,台湾将于1995年迈入中高龄社会,而占台湾总人口5％以上的65岁以上的老年人拥有相当的经济实力及高储蓄率,加之近年来台湾医疗水平有所提高,
