青岛胶东国际机场站前高架桥是T1航站楼主要配套工程,主桥13#~16#桥墩范围跨越高铁和地铁地下结构。由于开挖基坑较深采用2.5m大直径的端承桩。根据本工程建设工期紧、工程体量大、文明施工要求严的特点,采用全自动数控钢筋笼滚焊机加工钢筋笼,孔口对接并使用吊车下放,主筋采用套筒冷挤压连接,分级旋挖成孔工艺成桩。文章重点介绍了站前高架主桥2.5m大直径钻孔灌注桩的施工技术,为类似工程提供了技术依据和参考。
