内乡县属丹江口水源区核心区,水土流失面积占全县土地总面积的55%,水土流失治理任务十分艰巨。自2012年实施“丹治”二期项目以来,内乡县以科学发展观为指导,用生态理念统揽项目大局,坚持走水土流失治理与产业发展有机结合的路子,圆满完成了上级下达的各项治理任务,发展667 hm2以上茶叶基地2个,带动发展茶叶种植面积2 000多hm2,茶产业带初步形成,实现了生态、经济和社会效益共赢的目标,为内乡生态经济建设做出了积极的贡献。主要做法有:准确定位,做产业水保;严格程序,做精品工程;招大引强,精细化管理;转变职能,全方位服务等。
