随着法国军队作战行动的发展以及军费开支的限制,其装备保障机制也发生了相应的变革。各军种都进行了制度和机构上的改革,并建立了国外保障基地。保障良好战斗状态(MCO)成为一种综合性的保障机制,包括装备的储备管理、后勤、维护、采购、情报和策划。更吸引人的措施是Lolf计划包括了所有的开发和保障费用。MCO如今已经成为如何保障军队在最有利条件下完成任务的核心议题。尽管很多人对这一概念的认识还很模糊,但各军种已开始制定该领域的总体规划。本文将主要讨论MCO在法国各军种的发展情况以及最新出现的综合保障模式。
With the development of the French army’s combat operations and the limitation of military expenditures, the equipment safeguard mechanism has also undergone corresponding changes. All services and institutions have carried out institutional and institutional reforms and established foreign security bases. Ensuring a good fighting status (MCO) becomes a comprehensive safeguard mechanism that includes equipment inventory management, logistics, maintenance, procurement, intelligence and planning. The more attractive measure is that the Lolf plan includes all development and security costs. The MCO has now become the core issue of how to ensure that the military will accomplish its mission under the most favorable conditions. Although many people are still vague about this concept, all services have started to work on the overall plan in this area. This article will mainly discuss the MCO’s development in all branches of the French military and the latest integrated guarantee mode.
