一、实行“计划教学”的动机 1.上学期本校在教学上所存在的问题:上学期在教学上缺乏明确的认识,还缺乏有计划的具体的方法,因而每位教师虽然写了一份教学计划,但没有很好的贯彻执行,结果还出了一些偏差和混乱现象。有的先生强调知识的传授。有的先生就主张应以政治理论去分析内容。还有的先生主张与政治和语文结合进行。结果各行其是,始终也没有统一起来。此外还未能很好的联系实际。
First, the implementation of “plan teaching” motivation 1.
