分析了CO2超临界流体特性及其电沉积工艺的特点;综述了表面活性添加剂含量、CO2的体积分数以及温度、压力等操作参数对电沉积制备纳米材料的影响,与普通电沉积工艺相比,采用CO2超临界流体的电沉积工艺获得的纳米材料组织致密、表面平整,其显微硬度和抗磨性有较大幅度提高;最后对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。
The characteristics of CO2 supercritical fluid and the characteristics of its electrodeposition process were analyzed. The effects of surface active additive content, volume fraction of CO2, temperature and pressure on the preparation of nanomaterials by electrodeposition were reviewed. Compared with common electrodeposition process, The nano-material obtained by electrodeposition of CO2 supercritical fluid has a dense structure and a smooth surface. The micro-hardness and wear resistance of the nano-material are greatly improved. Finally, the future development of the nano-material is prospected.
