在学校的教育实践中,“问题学生”是一个带有普遍性并着实令人头疼、焦虑的问题。他们对教育教学工作的正常进行产生不良影响,甚至成为制约学校工作发展的瓶颈。问题学生通常在行为习惯、学业成绩、心理等方面存在明显的缺陷和不足,他们的形成是一个不断演变发展的过程,在不同的阶段呈现出不同的特征。
In school educational practice, “problem student ” is a problem of universality and really headache and anxiety. They have an adverse effect on the normal education and teaching work and even become the bottleneck that restricts the development of school work. Problems Students usually have obvious defects and shortcomings in their behavior habits, academic achievements and psychology. Their formation is a process of continuous evolution and development, presenting different characteristics at different stages.
