利用间接电解法从硫化氢中制取氢气和硫磺是一种充分利用硫化氢资源的新方法。本文通过在该方法的液相吸收中采用新型吸收剂,较大地提高了硫化氢的吸收率;同时,在电解过程中采用了固体电解质电极技术,改善了电极性能。试验表明:在常压、80℃、采用鼓泡床吸收器对含2%的硫化氢气体的一次吸收率可达99%,电解制氢电耗可降至2.0kw·h/Nm3H2。此外,对炼厂尾气中常见的烯烃、CO2对吸收过程的影响也作了考察。
Hydrogen and sulfur production from hydrogen sulfide by indirect electrolysis is a new approach to make full use of hydrogen sulfide resources. In this paper, the absorption of hydrogen sulfide is greatly improved by adopting a new type of absorbent in the liquid phase absorption of the method. Meanwhile, the solid electrolyte electrode technology is adopted in the electrolysis process to improve the electrode performance. The results show that the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide gas containing 2% hydrogen sulfide can reach 99% at atmospheric pressure and 80 ℃, and the power consumption of electrolysis hydrogen production can be reduced to 2.0kw · h / Nm3H2. In addition, the influence of the common olefins and CO2 on the absorption process of refinery exhaust was also investigated.
