2007年第6期《共产党员》(下半月)(辽宁)刊登欧阳淞的文章,指出党员的主体地位,是通过党员行使民主权利、履行应尽义务、发挥主体作用来体现的。落实党员的主体地位,就要坚持党员权利与义务相统一,把保障党员的民主权利、发挥党员的主体作用渗透到党内生活的方方面面,贯穿于党的各项工作和活动之中。既要加强对党员的教育管理,引导广大党员牢记历史使命,增强主体意识,认真负责地行使民主权利,积极履行党员义务,在各自岗位充分发挥先锋模范作用,又要改革和完善基层党组织选举制度,全面实行基层党务公开,拓宽党员参与党内事
